    Okay, Love you. Bye!

Happy Valentine’s Day! 2022 is already a remarkable year in the Glasgow household. We kept our standards pretty low on what we expected to get out of this year, deciding to take one week at a time and see what happens. With that came a whirlwind of activity, or non-activity when we started January out sick with the rona. (insert eye roll). During my rest time, scrolling Instagram, it was pointed out Valentines and the Superbowl fall on the same weekend. We personally don’t hype up Valentines too much, and probably invest more thought into where and with whom we will watch the Superbowl, but when a coincidence like this happens it calls for a somewhat sarcastic shirt to mark the occasion. So, to all you ladies that aren’t expecting too much out of your guys this valentine’s day weekend, print this shirt, grab your girlfriends and go do something fun!

    Travel

Another design with a vintage vibe. It’s a little bit of a throwback to my childhood, and I love the feel of it. And the station wagon. Insert heart eyes. My mother drove a station wagon for most of my elementary into middle school years. She had to have something big enough to haul all five of us girls around and it fit the bill. I loved the back seat and that it faced the opposite way where we could look at other drivers. I loved that she would lay all the **seats down and let us play while she ran errands. She would do “fire drills” where it took my friends and I forever to get all the way around the big ole thing. There were perks to living in small towns with absolutely no traffic. Add more heart eyes. We spent so many summer days at the lake swimming and camping, boating and bonfires, it felt like we were always watching the sun come up and the sun go down. I could go on and on. I hope when you make your signs and tees using this design that it reminds you to have create a tribe, have fun, and always make travel memories.

    Salty Mermaid

A little bit vintage, a little bit modern. Even though I am quite salty summer is wrapping up, the fall color pallet in this design remind me fall is just as great as summer and that’s why it’s the perfect design for your end of summer beach trip.

    Back to School

If I could add one official holiday to the calendar it would be the first day of school. I absolutely love everything about it. The new school supplies, the first day of school outfit and finding the desk with my name on it. Love it all. To this day I am still a school supply junkie, walking the aisles looking at pencils and folder designs. I had my 16 year old home for almost a year and a half during the pandemic and one thing I learned is that homeschooling, in any capacity, is not for the faint of heart. I wasn’t even teaching him and found myself constantly telling him to quit texting, pay attention, do your homework. So this cut file is for all of you legit homeschooling families out there doing it right and the rest of us doing our best to get our kiddos educated. Independence Day

Let’s talk interlocking letters. One of my favorite design techniques to make an okay design interesting is to overlap words that are two different colors and knockout sections of the letters that overlap so they look like they interlock. This month’s freebie does just that! No complicated layering or trying to figure out what parts to hand cut out, the design is ready to go! Enjoy and don’t forget to tag us in your finished project posts!

    Ask Your Dad

I mean, we’re going to say it anyways, so why not have it in print!

My mother would send me to my father, and my father back to my mother. It was a vicious cycle and I would get frustrated that neither would say yes or no. So at probably 10ish years old I thought I would be real smart and just tell them the other said yes. I thought all the back and forth was because they probably really didn’t care one way or another. Boy I was wrong. News flash. Parents do eventually talk to each other. So when I was at my friend’s house instead home it didn’t take them two minutes to figure out that neither had agreed to that. Needless to say the answer became an immediate no for an extended period of time. Flash forward 20 years and here I am, as a parent, sending him to Kevin for that yes he’s looking for. Enjoy your day, just put the shirt on and point at it! Happy Mother’s day!
